Vanda Kučera has worked at I&F McCANN Grupa since its foundation in 1997. Today it’s one of the leading communication systems in Adriatic and Nordics region with operations in 12 countries.

Vanda has been working in the field of marketing and communication, both locally and regionally, for more than 30 years; working in different segments ranging from research and strategic planning to client service and business development. She started her career at local agencies and then worked in VREME News Magazine as a business development director.

In I&F McCANN Grupa, she started as a Research and Development Director, was MD of McCANN Skopje, participated in the establishing of the Montenegro office. She was also the Chief Growing Officer in McCann Grupa and as well the MD of the first digital agency in Serbia, MRM Worldwide.

Presently, as Vice President of I&F McCann Grupa she is responsible for corporate relationships with various stake holders (state institutions, national and international professional and business associations). She is a member of the Board at SAM, at IAA and UEPS (international and national professional associations), and active in working groups within AmCham Serbia, NBA, PKS. She handles CSR activities and projects in I&F McCANN Grupa.
